Album Release Campaigns

$500 monthly retainer for 6 months (2 singles plus album)

Comprehensive support for new releases from planning through post-launch. Includes rollout strategy, DSP submissions, promotional asset coordination, and marketing timeline management to ensure your music gets maximum visibility across streaming and media outlets.

Playlisting Campaigns

$1,300 (per single per month)

Grez Music partners with DPG Worldwide to provide strategic pitching to independent and editorial playlists across major streaming platforms. Their campaigns focus on authentic placement and long-term growth by targeting curators who align with your genre and audience.

Music Distribution

$750 per single or $2,000 per album)

Grez Music provides distribution coordination services for projects delivered through Sony / Orchard, between creative teams, marketing strategy, and platform delivery. Our role is to ensure that distribution execution aligns with campaign architecture and long-term catalog considerations.

Day-to-Day Management Consulting

$500 monthly retainer

Day-to-day management at Grez Music provides ongoing operational and strategic support for artists who need consistent oversight between major milestones. This service exists to keep projects moving forward when there is no single “campaign” driving activity. This work often includes: Project coordination and follow-through. Tracking ongoing initiatives across releases, touring, promotion, and partnerships so ideas don’t stall or get lost. Manage timelines, check-ins, and follow-ups to ensure agreed-upon "next steps" are actually completed. Help with decision support in real time. Provide operational organizatiion using Asana and google tools to keep things easily accessible and organized.

Stereo & Dolby Atmos Mixing

$1,500 per stereo song, plus $1,000 per Dolby Atmos upgrade.

Grez Marketing partners with Michael James, who has mixed Gold, Platinum and #1 hit records, to provide stereo and Dolby Atmos mixing services at special accommodation prices for independent artists and labels. His credits include New Radicals, Sammy Hagar, and Hole.

Database Marketing

$75/hour

Grez Music helps artists build and maintain organized, usable contact lists that support touring, releases, and outreach over time. This includes:

Organizing venues, promoters, media, curators, and industry contacts
Segmenting lists by region and relevance
Keeping outreach targeted and professional

This infrastructure allows artists to communicate effectively without burning bridges or starting from scratch every cycle.

Website Design

$3,000 (delivered by 2 weeks up to 2 months)

Clean, artist-focused websites built to showcase your music, videos, and tour dates. Each site reflects your music identity and includes user-friendly navigation, mobile optimization, and integration with mailing lists, social media, and DSP links.

Digital Tour Promotion

$75/hour

Digital tour promotion focuses on making sure the right people in each market know a show is happening at the right time. We facilitate timely social posts around key moments such as on-sale, week-of-show, and day-of-show while avoiding overposting or fatigue. We ensure shows are correctly listed on platforms like Bandsintown and Songkick, with accurate dates, links, and artist associations so fans actually see the events.

Organic Social Media

$75/hour

Tailored content planning and campaign execution to grow engagement, strengthen branding, and support upcoming releases and tours. Includes platform strategy, posting calendars, and fan engagement tracking.

Tour Advancing & Budgeting

$75/ hour

Tour advancing is where planning meets reality. Grez Music helps artists understand the true cost and logistics of touring so decisions are made with eyes open. We acquire all show details and provide an advance tour schedule for ease on the road.

Marketing Strategy

$75/hour

Customized marketing blueprints for artists, labels, and creative projects. We identify key audiences, define goals, and build timelines that integrate PR, advertising, radio, playlisting, email, and social media efforts into one cohesive plan.

Professional Consultation

$75 for one hour

Focused sessions for artists seeking experienced perspective on specific decisions such as release planning, touring strategy, marketing direction, or next steps. Consultations are practical, direct, and action-oriented.
